The body is electric. We are made of energy and energy surrounds us. As multidimensional beings, we are more than the physical body; we are also the mind, emotions, and soul. While each is a distinct body, all are connected. We are sensory beings filled with sensory memories of smells, sounds, tastes, and visual and tactual images. Traumas, both emotional and physical, stop the normal flow of energy, causing energy distortion and chaos, which in turn can lead to illness and disease. Unresolved memories and experiences occurring during the course of our lives establish an imprinted pattern for the way in which we deal with stress and trauma. Whenever stimulated, this pattern repeats itself and creates an energy block.  Physical symptoms, such as headaches, are the body’s manifestation of energy disturbances.

Evidenced through measurable electromagnetic waves, the human body consists of bio-energetic fields—the vital force that is the source of life. The Chinese call this vital life force, Qi, the Japanese, ki, and the Hindu, prana. Waves emitted from this energy field, called the aura, can be stimulated or adjusted through various techniques to allow the body to heal itself naturally. Energy Healing taps into the aura to identify the root cause of the disease, then repairs the energy field and brings the body back into a state of balance.

Before beginning any techniques, we start with a health and injury history, postural analysis and discussion of your daily activities. Together, we determine the best type or combination of energy balancing modalities—Polarity, Reiki, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Balancing— for you to begin your journey to whole health.
